PD Deferrals
Injuries, life and other stuff happens, we do get it.
If you can’t make it, we don’t want you to lose your place on Peak Divide because, being honest we’d love to host you, so we've introduced various deferral options, that enable shufflers to carry over entries. They are staggered based on our sunken costs, and ability to try fill your place.
More than 4 weeks (>30 Days) out:
EARLY DEFERRAL - covers any sunken costs, admin time, and secures your place for the same event the following year based on the conditions at the foot of this page:
Fee - £24.50 (CLASSIC), £10.00 (ONEr)
Less than 4 weeks (<30 Days) out:
DEFERRAL - covers any sunken costs (which are now higher, ofc), admin time, and secures your place for the same event the following year based on the conditions at the foot of this page:
Fee - £49.00 (CLASSIC), £30.00 (ONEr)
Event Week (7 Days) to go:
LATE DEFERRAL - Everything is set to shuffle, so we cannot guarantee accepting any entry administration. There is a late deferral option, but it’s 50% of the entry. It has to be, unfortunately.
Fee - £122.50 (CLASSIC), £45.00 (ONEr)
Deferral Fee Conditions
guarantees your place again next year
are non-refundable, and valid for one year (/until the next edition)
provides the £credit of your original booking with us, if entries increase we’ll need a top-up.
must be completed/paid 48-hours before the event start date
